Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective layers are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our armoury experts inspect the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
